This system represents a modern blood collection management mode widely utilized in the medical industry. It innovates traditional workflows by eliminating crowded queuing and manual errors in checking, tube selection, labeling, and sorting, making the process simplified, efficient, and highly accurate.
The system consists of four integrated subsystems designed for hospital outpatient clinics and physical examination centers:

Sorting speed of 3100 pcs/hr and labeling processing in ≤ 4s per piece.
Add test tubes at any time without system downtime to meet peak demand.
1. Identification: Patient swipes card on the queueing device to receive a number.
2. Waiting: Patient waits in the designated area until their number is called.
3. Calling: Nurse calls the patient to the specific blood sampling window.
4. Automatic Processing: System performs tube selection, label printing, and precision sticking automatically.
5. Collection & Feeding: Nurse performs collection and places tubes on the conveyor belt.
6. Sorting: Sorting system scans codes and categorizes tubes for inspection.
