Medical Silicone Negative Pressure Closed Wound Drainage System

Product Structure:

  • Includes 3-spring evacuator, PVC tubing, Y connector, PVC drainage tube, and stainless steel trocar.
  • The 3-spring evacuator design minimizes collapse-resistance.
  • PVC drainage tubes can be replaced by silicone drains if required.
  • Capacity: 400ml, 600ml, 800ml available (Customizable).
  • Needle Sizes: Fr7, Fr10, Fr12, Fr14, Fr16, Fr18, Fr19.
🛠️ How to Use
1. Position the drainage tube about 3 cm away from the wound.
2. Clip the ends of the tube to the appropriate length for burial within the wound.
3. Suture the wound and fix the drainage tube in place.
4. Select the appropriate connector joint based on tube thickness; trim unnecessary parts.
5. Connect the drainage tube to the device connectors.
6. Open the plywood on the drainage device to establish vacuum gravity.
7. Check the vacuum indicator and compression state. Open gas control valves for precise bottle pressure.
8. The system operates automatically once the higher vacuum indicator is reached.
