Working Principle
The material falls onto the guide plate from inlet and covers evenly on the entire width of the upper sieve due to the vibratory action of the machine. The combined action of vibration and air flow makes the material on the upper sieve classify automatically according to its specific gravity and granular size. Light material is discharged from the machine tail, while heavy material, stones, and sand fall to the lower sieve. Vibration and air flow move heavy material toward the tail and stones toward the head for separate discharge.
