Medical Silicone Negative Pressure Closed Wound Drainage System

Product Structure:

Includes 3-spring evacuator, PVC tubing, Y connector, PVC drainage tube and stainless steel trocar.
The design of 3-spring evacuator minimizes Collapse-Resistance.
The PVC drainage tube inside can be replaced by silicone drains if needed.
OEM & ODM Available.
Capacity: 400ml, 600ml, 800ml available or customized.
Needle Size: Fr7, Fr10, Fr12, Fr14, Fr16, Fr18, Fr19.

Operating Instructions

1. Position the drainage tube 3 cm away from the wound.

2. Clip ends of the drainage tube to appropriate length within the wound.

3. Suture the wound and fix the drainage tube.

4. Select the appropriate connector based on tube thickness; cut unnecessary parts.

5. Connect the well drainage tube and drainage tube connectors.

6. Establish vacuum gravity by opening the plywood on the device.

7. Check state indicator and compression condition; use gas control valves to precisely control pressure.

8. High negative pressure drainage system will operate automatically on higher vacuum indicator.
